Family Villa on Private Farm Estate near Melides

Located in the beautiful hills of "Santa Margarida da Serra", in Grândola, the Monte da Casa do João offers all the comfort of a luxury villa in the heart of the Alentejo countryside, surrounded by beautiful gardens, passion fruit orchards and the no less iconic "Chaparros" (cork oak trees).

The villa consists of 2 large suites with King Size beds, one double bedroom with a Queen Size bed and one bedroom for children, with 3 bunk beds.

The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens, accessible from any room.

The living room and kitchen are located in a magnificent open space with more than 100 sqm, with beautiful views over the mountains, the passion fruit plantation and the garden and barbecue area.

Everything was thought to the detail to ensure you experience days of absolute relaxation or pure fun and conviviality with your family or friends. The barbecue area and outdoor deck, the living room with its magnificent wood burning fireplace or simply our spectacular swimming pool are just some of the "ingredients" for this unforgettable recipe.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to all the property, including the gardens, farm, pool, children's playground, barbecue, etc. Only staff will be allowed in the property during your stay.

We have 2 full time workers that will be around for anything you may need during your stay. We provide breakfast and fresh products from the farm and local producers. Cleaning can be organised upon request, free of charge.

We are located in the beautiful hills of Santa Margarida da Serra, near a small village and at approximately 12 km from Santiago do Cacém. We also have several incredible beaches at a 20-30 minute ride, from Melides to Aberta-a-Nova Beach.

To get the full experience out of the Alentejo region we do recommend guests to rent a car. If requested, we can organize transfer options.
